Refund and Service Cancellation Policy

At DIGITAL GROUP LLC, we provide personalized legal services. Due to the nature of professional services, our cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

1. Initial Consultations

The initial consultation is free / paid as agreed. Once completed, no refund will be issued.

2. Legal Service Agreements

Once the service agreement has been signed and any advance payment or fees have been paid, the client may request the cancellation of the service.

3. Cancellation Conditions

• The client may cancel the contract at any time by providing written notice (email or letter).
• Services provided up to the cancellation date will be invoiced (hours worked, actions taken, expenses incurred).
• The advance payment or the unused proportional part will be refunded within a maximum period of 30 business days, minus the fees corresponding to services already performed.

4. Refunds

• Fees for services already completed or for outcomes not achieved are non-refundable (cases are generally billed under an agreed fee structure).
• In the event of withdrawal within the first 14 calendar days from signing the contract (consumer right of withdrawal), payments will be refunded except for services already provided.
• Expenses already incurred (court fees, expert reports, etc.) are non-refundable.

5. Procedure

including your name, case number (if applicable), and reason. We will process your request within a maximum of 15–30 business days.

6. Exceptions

Refunds do not apply in cases where the client has breached their obligations or provided false information.
